At Holapro we are committed to providing high quality appraisal services to our customers, and we ensure that orders are fulfilled according to agreed standards. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that may require refunds or review of orders.

1️⃣ Full refund cases 💰

Customers are entitled to request a full refund of payments in the following cases:
✅ The order was not fulfilled within the specified period (usually 24-72 hours, depending on the agreement).
✅ If the requested reviews or ratings are not delivered within the agreed time frame.  
✅ In case of an error in the execution of the order (such as incorrect reviews or non-matching of the order).
2️⃣ Partial refund cases 🏷️
- A partial refund is provided if:
🔹The order has been partially implemented but not fully completed.
🔹Some reviews were removed after the service was implemented, provided that this was not due to a violation of Google or the targeted platform's policies.

3️⃣ Cases not covered by the refund 🚫

❌ The amount will not be refunded in the following cases:

- If reviews are deleted by Google or any review platform due to their internal policies or algorithm updates.

- If incorrect or misleading information is provided by the customer (such as an incorrect link to the business).

- If the service is completed successfully according to the required specifications.

- If more than 7 days have passed since the order was delivered and no complaint has been filed.
